Color Guard Director

Trevor Barber  
Currently residing in Norcross, Trevor has been involved in the world of pageantry for over a decade. Originally from Murphy, North Carolina, Trevor started their time in band in middle school as a trombone player. While in their high schools marching ensemble as a member of the horn line and as drum major, Trevor quickly developed an interest and passion for color guard. 
While attending Western Carolina University, Trevor performed with multiple ensembles across the country including Olympic Independent, Aria Winter Guard, and performed six seasons with Paramount Winter Guard where they received the Independent World Champion title in the 2018 & 2023 seasons. In the summer, Trevor has performed with The Madison Scouts and the Santa Clara Vanguard where they aged out in 2018. 
Outside of performing Trevor has served as Choreographer, technician, and designer at numerous ensembles across Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Michigan, and Florida. Trevor is thrilled to be back at Mill Creek for another year in his role as Color Guard Caption Head, and can’t wait to continue building the skill and culture of the program!
