At the collegiate instructional level, Marcus joined the staff of The University of Georgia Winter Guard for the 2019 and 2020 seasons.
Marcus is no stranger to the Mill Creek Marching Band and Color Guard Programs. Beginning as a Guest Movement Choreographer for the 2015 Dance Camp, he has worked closely with the Mill Creek Guard as a Choreographer and technician but most recently joined the full time staff in the 2019 Fall and Winter Seasons as Rehearsal Lead for the Competition/Spirit Guards as well as the Open, A and Cadet Winter Guards. Currently, Marcus resides in Alpharetta, GA where he continues as the Director of Color Guard at North Gwinnett High School and as the elected Color Guard At Large Member for the Southern Association of Performing Arts (SAPA) Circuit. Marcus is excited and extremely honored to begin his 5th year with The Pride of Mill Creek Marching Band Program and the Scholastic Open, A and Cadet Winter Guards in his new role as Caption Head.
